Peace Love and Poms Rescue

Rico is 7 month old, 7 pound Chihuahua who came from a family where he did not get along with the kids so he told us no kids allowed in his new home.  Rico is crate trained and leash trained.  He is doing good with housetraining so he does go outside and using pee pads, but there have been accidents every now and then.  While Rico does get along with other dogs, he prefers a dog close to his size that is sweet and playful as he loves his pom puppy foster to play with.  It does take Rico a few days to settle into a new home and he will cling to his person during that transition so if other dogs are in the home they cannot be reactive.  Rico would benefit from socialization with new people and dogs as well as puppy classes.  This handsome sweetheart loves toys, but hates going to the vet, so positive reinforcement will need to be used so he knows the vet office is a safe place.  Will you be this beautiful boys happily ever after?
