My name is Cookie and I am a sweet, affectionate 3 year old, 20 pound Pomsky (I had a DNA test to confirm). I am doing well with my house training and like to go out and potty every 4 hours as I prefer to do my business outside. I am not picky on food or treats and like any human food so I will train you to not leave any food unattended because I am agile and will steal it if you aren't looking. Once I open up to you, I'll let you give me belly rubs and snuggles. I love sleeping next to my human at night and lying next to them during the day if you give me with a big comfy bed. I do whimper and bark if you leave me, but after a few minutes I calm down and wait for you to return home. I like going out for walks and can be vocal if you take too long (my husky side showing itself). I tend to pull but I am learning to walk at a more consistent and calmer pace. I am good in the car, but my husky talks will be activated so I like to sit next to you on rides. I do have a small predatory instinct and may chase squirrels and birds if I see them, but a gentle command will keep me in line. I love other small dogs that will play with me and squeaky toys are my ultimate desire! I have been passed around quite a bit in my three years so now I am hoping to find my forever family without cats or kids.
