Peace Love and Poms Rescue

Cesar is a beautiful 5 year old, 12 pound short hair Chihuhua looking for his forever home!  He is originally from Puerto Rico, but came to Lebanon with his family a few years ago.  Unfortunately, the land lord of the new apartment changed his mind about allowing dogs so he came to rescue.  Cesar is not very confident and a scared chihuahua that takes time and space to settle in.  Cesar loves to play with toys and loves other dogs. Cesar is crate trained and leash trained.  He is completely house trained and alerts you when he needs to go potty.  Cesar will be a loyal loving boy to a family that gives him the time and space to adjust to his new home.  He does take some medicine to calm him for vet visits and grooming as he isn't a fan of either.    Won't you give this beautiful guy his happily ever after?
