Sweet Stella was found wandering the streets as a stray in Upstate NY. When no owners stepped up, she came to PLPR and is being fostered in Rome, NY. She is the sweetest little 12 yr old, 7 lb girl, but a little shy when she first meets you. It takes her a day or 2 to trust but once she does, she just wants to be petted & loved. She gets along great with her foster brother & sisters. She is very good about going potty outside or on a pee pad. She also walks well on leash. She is a very healthy girl but did loose all her teeth when she had her dental. That doesn’t hinder her eating at all!
