Peace Love and Poms Rescue

Pookie is a beautiful, 3 year-old, 16 pound, blue eyed PomChi looking for his happily ever after!  He never left his house until he came to PLPR and will benefit from positive socialization. This guy is amazing and sweet; house trained, crate trained, and likes car rides. Pookie will need a fenced yard because he has never been leash trained, in fact he has never had a harness on before either so it will take some time before he is accustomed to using these foreign contraptions. Pookie does bark at people he doesn't know when they come to his foster home, but he will get better with socialization and having visitors give high value treats. He doesn't have a mean bone in him so it's all bark. He loves other dogs, toys, and his favorite thing is snuggling with his humans. Pookie even does well for grooming and vet visits! Now that he has finished his vetting, all he needs is his happily ever after!
