Merlin is a beautiful black chihuahua who is 2 years old and 8 pounds. He was surrendered to a local shelter because his owner was moving. He was extremely shut down, but with time and space, he became attached to his foster pawrents quickly. He does need a patient home who understands he is learning about being a dog in this big scary world, and vet visits are new to him. He does allow all handling once he gets to know you. Merlin loves to play, but is selective of other dogs, preferring female dogs as his playmate. He is just about house trained, and with regular potty breaks he does well. He could be your one and only or be a companion for another small female dog. Won't you give this dreamboat his happily ever after?
