Duncan is a sweet, friendly 1 yr old Pomeranian that found himself homeless when his owner moved and decided not to take him along. He does have grade 3 luxating patellas, but that doesn’t stop him. He loves to run and play, but most of all he loves his tennis ball! He is great on a harness and leash, but because he needs to run off his puppy energy, he does need a fenced yard. He gets along great with all his foster siblings. Especially the young plaful dogs. He is working on his potty training, but wears a belly band without problem.
