King is one amazing hound looking for his happily ever after! This 6 year old, 23 pound long legged beagle is a loyal snuggle bug. He loves his food, being read bedtime stories, snuggling, and running around with his furry friends. King loves people, but he also has a history of escaping so he needs a strict leash use policy or a secure fenced yard in his forever home. He also prefers dogs his size or smaller, since male dogs bigger than him tend to be intimidating. This handsome boy also loves to be a lap dog and when he is being needy he will jump into your arms to be carried like the King he is. This boy is one special hound and will make a lucky family the perfect addition. King did test positive for Lyme disease and has been treated with Doxycycline.
