Minnie is an adorable little 2 year old, 7 pound chiweenie looking for her forever home! This little lady has been passed around her whole life with two stays at a shelter before coming to rescue. She is your typical chiweenie personality, big attitude in a little package. She likes to act big and bad, but in reality, she is fearful due to lack of socialization. She takes time to settle into a new home, and once she does, she is playful, loyal, and sweet. Minnie does best with other small male dogs as she feels she needs to be queen of her castle. She does well with the 20 pound dogs in her foster home too once they know she is the boss. Minnie is house trained on peepads or to go outside, leash trained, crate trained, rides well in a car, and is healthy, even her knees! She cannot go to a home with children due to her fearful nature. She can be an only dog or in a home with other male dogs. Her new family just needs to give her time to adjust and work on building her confidence. To adopt Minnie, please complete an adoption application at peacelovepoms.rescuegroups.org. The $350 adoption donation ($250 for senior citizens 65+) includes core vaccines (Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordatella), Accuplex (Heart worm and Lyme test), fecal, microchip, bloodwork, spay, and all the love you can handle!
