Mickey is a charming, cuddly, and playful 5 year old 6 pound Pom available for adoption. This affectionate little guy is pure joy. He loves to run around outside with his Pom buddies, cuddle on the couch, and prance around, showing the humans how cute he can be. He loves car rides, is great on a leash, sits on command, uses a dog door, and is completely house trained. He’s a social guy who has never met a stranger, whether canine or human. The loss of an eye has not slowed Mickey down at all. If anything, we are not sure he’s even noticed. He’s always happy and ready for petting or belly rubs. He has been a little reactive to loud noises or quick movements, but nothing concerning. He does bark but mostly just joining in, not the instigator. He will tell you when he wants to go potty and has started using the dog door. He has to be in the mood for brushing and not a fan of getting his nails clipped so a patient groomer is a must.
