Mocha
One year and one day is how long Mocha was with us as a hospice foster. This morning she was weak with shallow breathing..... we knew it was time to say our goodbyes. We gave our precious girl her beautiful angel wings. She is now a healthy happy girl running free at the rainbow bridge. To say we are heartbroken is just not enough.... Mocha was our special girl and we loved her so much! Until we meet again our special Tootsie Pop..... tell the other we miss them! 11/12/2021

Patrick
We tried our best to save our sweet precious Patrick, but the vets feel he was throwing clots causing neurological issues on top of pancreatitis. He was suffering and we had to make the dreaded call to give him his beautiful wings. We held him close and told him how much we loved him and that he was such a good boy..... Patrick left a huge hole in our hearts today! He was a big gorgeous boy who loved his rubs, tripping us, trying to knock treats out of our hands, and rolling in the grass. He was one of a kind that we instantly fell in love with..... The few months he was here he was spoiled and received the best care with the hope he would find his happily ever after. Now he is running free at the rainbow bridge leaving tears and broken hearts behind.... we will miss you dear Patrick, until we meet again.

Korra
When we pulled Korra from the shelter we knew she had a major health condition. After her MRI, the neurologist recommended euthanasia. We created a bucket list and today was the final task checked off. Korra has slowly declined since we received her diagnosis of degenerative brain disease where lesions covered her brain and affected her balance center. Korra no longer was able to stand without doing flips, she needed supported to eat, her tail no longer wagged, and the nystagmus caused dizziness and she started vomiting because of it. We struggled with making the call for her but today she told us it was time. Korra got a roast beef and ham dinner then visited our amazing vet to help her get those beautiful wings. Korra gave us a final gift of passing peacefully and reassuring us we made the right decision for her. Korra was a beautiful sweet girl and we will miss her terribly. Fly free baby girl and be free of your diseased body..... 4/6/21

Oscar
Oscar came to PLPR after his mom rejected him. Unfortunately, after being admitted to the vet he passed away on 11/17/2020.

Molly Jane
Molly came to us while her momma was hospitalized. She was diagnosed with cancer throughout her body a few days after coming into our care. Unfortunately, all we could do was make Molly comfortable until she told us she was ready to gain her wings. Molly and her momma are now reunited in heaven. Both were loved dearly and will be truly missed.
